MY EDUCATION & TRAININGS
I graduated from the College of William & Mary with my Bachelor's of Business Administration, studying Finance and Mathematics, in 2012. While I loved the creative and problem solving aspects of a career in finance, I knew in my heart that I wouldn't be fulfilled in the industry.
In fact, it was on the cross-country move from Rhode Island to Texas that my husband joked that I would likely become a hippy yoga teacher and therapist. I just laughed and changed the subject of our conversation.
Within twelve months of living in Austin, I enrolled in St. Edward's Master in Counseling program and completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training at Wanderlust Yoga Austin. I then graduated with my Master of Arts in Counseling in 2017.
I have spent the last 8 years studying yoga, mindfulness and holisic healing. I am a E-500 hour Register Yoga Teacher and certified Baptiste Yoga Teacher. Over the past few years, I have taught hundreds of students about the sacred path of a yogic and holistic life. I seek to share the tools for an integrative approach to mental health and healing for mind, body and soul.
Currently, I am:
